2″ VERTICAL BAR

-207×1-both hands     *Notes: Full lifts.  Used a handshake grip.

-242×1-both hands     *Notes: Full lifts.  Used a supinated grip from here on.

-277×1-right hand, -MISS-left hand     *Notes: Full lift righty.  Nothing lefty.

-303-MISS-both hands     *Notes: 1/2″ righty and nothing lefty. 

-303-MISS-both hands     *Notes: 1/4″ righty and nothing lefty.

-303-MISS-both hands     *Notes: 1″ righty and nothing lefty.

-303-MISS-both hands     *Notes: Nothing on either hand.

-303-MISS-both hands     *Notes: No movement again.  Time to stop the workout.

*Overall Notes: Mediocre – even with the movement on 303lbs.  Strange that I missed 277lbs lefty since that used to be a weight that I could pull usually only with my left.
